Motor Trend is one of the oldest automobile magazines still publishing.
It first appeared in September 1949, issued by Petersen Publishing
Company in Los Angeles, and bearing the tag line The Magazine for a
Motoring World. Today it is published by Source Interlink and boasts a
paid monthly circulation of over one million readers.
One of
the earliest and most enduring of the magazine's creations was its Car
of the Year award, given almost continuously since its inception,
although the phrase itself would not become entrenched until well into
the 50s. (The first winner was the 1949 Cadillac.)
The award
has gone through several splits and permutations over the years, being
called the Golden Wheels Award for a while in the 70s and having given
rise to Truck of the Year and Import Car of the Year as well as SUV of
the Year. Nevertheless, it is still coveted by manufacturers and is
usually covered by the mainstream press as the most important
distinction awarded in the American auto industry.

شد و پيرو آن مراكز آزمون معتبر توسط اين دفتر انتخاب و مجوز آزمون و
ارائه گواهينامه به اين مراكز صادر گرديد.سرفصلهاي ICDL شامل7 مهارت در
دو سطح مقدماتي و پيشرفته ميباشد كه مقدماتي براي استفاده كاربران عادي و

1- مباني :

اين سطح مباني و مفاهيمIT (فناوري اطلاعات)، ICT (فناوري اطلاعات و
ارتباطات) و ICDL تدريس ميشود. همچنين سختافزار و نرمافزار كامپيوتر
معرفي ميشود. به طور كلي اين سطح پايه شروع كار با سطوح بعدي است.
2- مديريت فايلها و آشنايي با سيستمهاي عامل :
چگونگي
كار با سيستم عامل ويندوز بطوريكه كاربر از نظر سرفصلهاي تعيين شده توسط
هيئت علمي مجمع ICDL تأييد شده باشد و بتواند اطلاعات مندرج در رايانه خود
را با استفاده از امكانات ويندوز از جمله پنچرههاي سيستم عامل مديريت كند.
3- واژه پرداز :
در
اين سطح كارآموز با نرمافزار MS-WORD آشنا ميشود. اين نرمافزار يكي از
قويترين نرمافزارهاي شركت مايكروسافت است كه از آن به عنوان يك OFFICE
تعبير شده است و امكانات كاملي را براي نگارش داراست. امروزه در اكثر
شركتها براي مكاتبات داخلي و خارجي از اين نرمافزار استفاده ميشود.
4- صفحات گسترده :
در
اين سطح كارآموز با نرمافزار قدرتمند MS-Excel آشنا ميشود. اين
نرمافزار داراي صفحات فراوان و توابع مختلفي است كه امكان كشيدن جداول و
نمودارها را فراهم ميسازد.
5- پايگاه داده :
در اين
سطح كاربر با نرمافزار MS-Access براي ايجاد بانك اطلاعاتي كه براي
ذخيره اطلاعات و بازيابي آنها به صورت سازماندهي شده استفاده ميشود آشنا
ميشود. امروزه بسياري از شركتها (اعم از خصوصي و دولتي)، بيمارستانها و
Web Master ها براي داشتن يك بانك اطلاعاتي مناسب از اين نرمافزار
استفاده ميكند.
6- ارائه نامه :
در اين سطح كارآموز با
نرمافزار MS-Power point آشنا ميشود كه اين نرمافزار براي ايجادو
ارائهنامه ها مورد استفاده قرار ميگيرد. براي مثال براي معرفي يك طرح
در سمينار و نمايش آن با تلفيقي از متن و گرافيك اين نرمافزار كاربرد
دارد.
7- اطلاعات و ارتباطات :
در اين سطح كارآموز با
نرمافزار MS-Outlook و MS-IE آشنا ميشود. امروزه در عصري كه عصر فناوري
اطلاعات و ارتباطات ناميده ميشود بهرهمندي از اطلاعات، بسيار مورد نياز
است. براي بهرهمندي از اين اطلاعات گسترده بايد به شبكه جهاني اينترنت
(International Networking) متصل شويد تا از دنياي پيشرو امروز عقب
نمانيد.
